Odafe is an Integrated Supply Chain & Operations Management professional with 15 years’ experience in Business Planning, Logistics, Customer Service and Production across various multinational organizations with key focus on Nigeria and Sub-Saharan African markets. After spending years in various leadership roles at British American Tobacco, West Africa, Odafe joined Pladis Global (owners of the Mc’Vities and Godiva Chocolate brands) where he led the Supply Chain function for Sub-Saharan Africa. In this role, he led various Process Improvement Projects, an ERP system transition and embedded best practice Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across the organization which seamlessly drove business integration and the delivery of top-line & bottom-line objectives. Odafe is a high integrity, collaborative and result-oriented business leader with expertise in multiple facets of the Supply Chain, Business Strategy, Project Management, Process Improvement Strategies, Digitization and People Change Management. He is a high performer in building superior partnerships with Service Providers, International and Local Suppliers, OEMs, Distributors, Customers, Shipping Lines and Government Agencies. A natural leader of multi-functional teams with the ability to deliver breakthrough results, and business growth.
